This is your BIG day, Thank you for choosing us to be a part of it. Please fill out this form to the best of your ability. The more information we have the better we can serve you. We know things are subject to change...that's OK , we have done this a lot and can handle change as long as you keep us informed. We will email you and set up a time to have a chat with the Officiant, to make sure everyone is on the same page. The Officiant would like to speak with both the Bride & Groom, either in person, Face time or a simple phone call.
